("Captain Tony's"), as well as with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in
Possession of Private Parties ("LFPDP") and its Regulations ("Regulations"), this Privacy Notice is now issued:

California Sur, Mexico, is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of personal data (from now
on "Data Processing"), under the terms of the LFPDP.

PERSONAL DATA AND HOW IT IS COLLECTED
Captain Tony's will request personal data when you request information and/or contract any of the services of our
boats, either as a customer, subscriber, potential customer, or company, personally, through electronic means, or by
any other source permitted by Mexican law.
The personal data that may be required will be necessary to properly provide our services within the United Mexican
States ("Mexico"). The requested data will be exclusively processed by Captain Tony's personnel.
The personal data that may be collected are, but not limited to, the following:
Personal and company contact information (first name, last name, company name, name and last name of legal
representative, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.);
Information that allows us to verify your identity, such as date and place of birth, nationality, marital status,
home address, and
Payment information (including credit card information or Internet payment services number and address) and financial
information, such as bank account number.
Captain Tony's will store your personal data exclusively for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice and as
long as necessary under the current Mexican law.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
Captain Tony's does not collect personal data, either directly or indirectly, but only when the customer or potential
customer provides it to us personally before written express consent of the party.
PURPOSE AND DATA PROCESSING
Captain Tony's is committed to preserving the information of its customers, subscribers, potential customers, and
companies in total privacy. We have adopted administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect
your personal data against loss, alteration, destruction, and unauthorized access.
Access to personal data in possession of Captain Tony's will be limited to persons who need access to such
information to carry out the purposes identified in this Privacy Notice.
Captain Tony's will use the information collected for the following purposes:
Prospect Customer or Customer Identification.
Payment processing and tracking.
Customer communication.
Sending information or messages about new services.
To comply with the obligations under applicable Mexican law.
TRANSFER OF DATA
Captain Tony's will not share or transfer your personal data to third parties except as provided for in the LFPDP and
the Regulation.
CONSENT
You must grant Captain Tony's your consent for the processing of your personal data, which Captain Tony's will
understand to be granted when having made this privacy notice available to you and you do not express your
opposition within five days, under the provisions of Articles 8, 10 and 37 of the LFPDP and Articles 11, 12, 13 and
14 of its Regulations.
Captain Tony's undertakes that your personal data will not be processed for purposes other than necessary between
you, as the owner of the personal information, and Captain Tony's, as the service provider.
ARCO RIGHTS
Under the LFPDP you have the right to access, rectification, cancel, and opposition ("ARCO Rights") as follows:
You have the right to access your personal data in our possession and the details of the processing thereof, as well
as to correct them in case personal data is inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are
being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended or are not required for
any of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, or oppose the processing thereof for specific purposes, except
in the cases indicated in applicable legal provisions.
To exercise your Arco Rights, you, as the owner of the personal data or legal representative, must send a letter
indicating what you require via e-mail or by courier to the following addresses:

The letter to exercise the ARCO Rights must be signed by the owner of the personal data or legal representative, and
in case you do not know how or are unable to sign, you will place your fingerprint. Such a letter must be
accompanied by the owner's official identification or legal representative, as well as documentation proving the
latter's personality.
Also, in case you wish to revoke your consent for processing your personal data by Captain Tony's, you must send a
letter as indicated above indicating the revocation of your consent.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY NOTICE
Captain Tony's reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. When we make changes to this Privacy
Notice, we will post the updated Notice on our website and update the effective date.
